
The Chapter 2 is entitles Laghunyasa or giving up of the idea that all the parts of our body are only matter. The chapters 2-5 constitute the inner yajna. The first chapter introduces the basic ideas of Veda, the Rudra-litany, and the concept of the gods Shiva, Vishnu etc. The recitation of the Namaka and the Chamaka hymns is a part of this practice.
